Lifestyle Naturals was founded in 1979 and at over 39 years old is the longest, most established, natural health food store in the North Okanagan. We are locally owned and operated and contribute to many local charities, sport teams and fundraisers annually.  

 

We pride ourselves in having the most experienced, friendly staff and hence, our motto ‘Knowledge is our business.’ Our staff is constantly upgrading their natural health knowledge through the many educational opportunities available. The current management and staff have over 100 years combined experience.  

 

We have the largest selection of bulk herbs in the Okanagan. From alfalfa to Yerba Mate, we have over 110 different varieties. Special orders are our specialty. We can seek out those ‘hard to find’ items. Out of the country? We ship world wide. We have shipped orders to Finland, Scotland, Australia and every place in between. We have a huge selection of Himalayan salt lamps, which are both therapeutic and beautiful.
